This policy explains what data Conclusion MP ("we", "us") collects when you visit conclusionmp.com and when you buy one of our digital products, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we track nothing.

Conclusion MP operates this website from Belgrade, Serbia. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, write to info@conclusionmp.com.

What we collect on this website

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not require an account. Fonts are self-hosted, so your visit triggers no requests to third-party services.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs for security and delivery purposes. We do not access or store that data ourselves.

What happens when you buy

Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as Merchant of Record. When you purchase, you buy from Lemon Squeezy, and they collect the data needed to process the order: your email address, billing country, payment details and tax information. We never see or store your payment card details.

Lemon Squeezy shares your email address and order details with us so we can provide support, handle refund requests and comply with our legal obligations. Their processing of your data is governed by the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.

What happens when you email us

If you write to info@conclusionmp.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply to you, we process order data to perform the contract with you and to meet legal obligations, and correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Data retention

We keep order-related data for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support correspondence for up to two years after the matter is resolved. We delete data we no longer need.

Children

Our products are intended for professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
