Conclusion MP publishes and operates this website from Belgrade, Serbia. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your order, handles payment and applicable taxes, and delivers the download. Their terms of service apply to the transaction alongside these terms.

Products, pricing and VAT

Our products are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Listed prices exclude VAT and sales taxes; where applicable, tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

Delivery and the right of withdrawal

Products are delivered immediately by download link and email receipt after successful payment. For consumers in the EU and similar jurisdictions: by purchasing digital content with instant delivery, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your purchase (a broken file, a duplicate charge, or the product materially misdescribed), contact us at info@conclusionmp.com or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and we will make it right. Because these are instant-delivery digital goods, we do not otherwise offer refunds for change of mind.

Licence to purchased content

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own professional or personal use. You may keep private copies on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense or make the product available to third parties, whether for payment or for free, and you may not use it to train machine learning models. Team and bulk licences are available on request at info@conclusionmp.com.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products (text, design, covers, graphics) is owned by Conclusion MP or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape it at scale, interfere with its availability, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and outcomes from applying them depend on your situation and judgement. The site and products are provided "as is".
